Overview & Highlights

Prepare to embark on an extraordinary four-day journey through the heart of Canyonlands National Park, a transformative experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, nature, and an authentic community of like-minded individuals. This is no ordinary trip; it's a digital detox, a break from screens and a chance to engage with real faces in awe-inspiring places.

Guided by Zak Hazlett (@the_outdoor_therapist) and his team, this trip is a retreat from the daily struggles and stressors of life, offering you an experience that empowers you while providing you with techniques to rediscover and cherish your individuality. Enjoy group sessions with Zak that will help to gain clarity, devise a self-love plan, and truly embrace your authentic self.

Our journey begins with two days of tranquil waters and serene landscapes, covering 49 miles until we reach the Confluence of the Colorado and Green rivers. Here, we'll exchange digital tales for ancient stories as we explore the Anasazi Petroglyphs, guided by our experienced and friendly team. We'll connect, laugh, and learn amidst the splendor of nature.

On day three, we'll experience the exhilarating thrill of the world-renowned Cataract Canyon rapids. This heart-stopping, adrenaline-fueled adventure is an unforgettable part of our journey.

Finally, we'll peacefully glide across Lake Powell's calm waters, ending our journey at Hite Marina. Choose your own ending: an aerial view of the captivating Canyonlands National Park on a return flight to Moab, or a road trip in your vehicle waiting at the takeout point. The latter option offers the freedom to continue exploring the scenic spots and hidden treasures of this enchanting area.

Are you ready for a rejuvenating, screen-free, adventure-filled journey centered on self-discovery, connection, healing, and exhilaration? See you in Moab!!
